• I built a dynamic team consisting of representatives in a dispersed structure (within the country) with administrative support from the office,

• my team's actions have carried the company through the pandemic with year-over-year profits,

• my own debt collection procedures and court cases conducted by me resulted in one of the best results in the industry as a result of effectiveness,

• I have built a thriving and still developing network of domestic distributors,

• I introduced products to the shelves of large-area networks,

• I am the sole author of the first version of the currently most dynamically developing online beer store, Piwnemosty.pl (along with the first B2B platform in the country).

• thanks to a wide network of industry contacts, I was able to monitor the market in Poland and abroad on an ongoing basis,
